Elderflower syrup

"smel like London" Ettore says when I show him the large pot in the kitchen and he smell the scent. It's been a classic for me each time in London I had elderflowers spring water and now Ettore loves it too. So yesterday I finally made myself a huge present... during a walk in the countryside just above the sea I picked up some generous elderflowers and today got the most juicy sicilian lemons to make the magic happened. Now we need to wait some days to get the most tasty elderflowers syrup as an old family recipe is teaching in the beautiful cook book My Cottage Kitchen of super talented Marte Marie Forsberg who keep inspiring me
